There use to be a time when I was glued to the tube whenever WWE was on TV, but today they are so boring that they help me go to sleep at night. Whatever happened to those characters that kept you coming back for more like the Rock, and Curt Angle? Those guys knew how to keep your attention.

HHH is still out so they are missing that true heel that just gets under your skin and the only hope they had of keeping people interest is a big flop named the Boogie Man. If he can get his act together in the ring things can turn up.

What the WWE needs right now is a faction that is out to take it all. They need another 4 Horsemen, N.W.O, Evolution, Free Birds, Nation of Domination, Right to Censor...Okay maybe not them; but what about another WCW invasion or a full revival of DX with more people then just HHH and HBK. These ideas worked in the past and they will continue to work because they keep thing interesting.

Because of the lack of strong characters, no one currently can hold people's attention on their own, but if you combine the likes of the Undertaker, Kane, Snitsky, Boogie Man and Kali, then have them cause havoc on all other wrestlers, now we'll have something worth watching week after week. That whole New Breed vs. Originals thing on ECW just is not cutting it.

Or what about grouping Mr. Kennedy, John Cena, Chris Masters and the Hardy boys? That's an interesting combo!

The WWE has the right people to heat thing up, but they are not using them correctly. If you're a wrestling fan for as long as I've been, you know they go through their dry spells then do something to reel you back in and until that something comes, I guess we'll just have to snore through it week after week.
